Analyst – Support for accounting and financial operations
Job Description
As a Specialist in our Operations Support team, you will work on various assignments with our clients to assist them in their accounting and financial operations at different levels. You will have the opportunity to learn multiple financial systems and work in diverse sectors
RESPONSABILITIES
Participate as an expert within clients' finance and accounting teams
Prepare financial and regulatory disclosure reports for clients
Participate in clients' accounting and financial processes
Participate in financial analysis and budgeting processes
Coordinate the implementation of new operational processes, as well as other initiatives
Implementation of internal audit processes
Document clients' operational processes and develop recommendations
Assistance in implementing recommendations
Assist in maintaining the organizational structure and chart of accounts (company creation, account setup, cost centers, etc.) up to date
Required Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of experience in general accounting
Possession of a CPA professional designation is an asset
Proficiency in MS Office software, including advanced Excel skills, is an asset
Fluency in both spoken and written French and English
Strong communication skills and ability to develop good interpersonal relationships
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and synthesize information
Energetic individual with a positive attitude and strong team spirit
